End of Intern Life

Today is the next to last day as and intern. It doesn't seem like I have done 320 hours of work. None the less I'm one step closer to graduating.

Since I'm about to be out like a fat kid in dodgeball, I figured I would go out with a bang. My bud Greg brought his fish cooker and a 30 quart pot and I cooked a Low Country Boil. It was almost heavenly. I cooked the taters, corn, sausage, and shrimp to a beautiful mix a spices. All of that and I used my Momma's recipe for homemade cocktail sauce. It was all so good it make your tounge beat your brains out. The only way it could get better if Justin Wilson himself cooked it. Everyone got their fill and you could tell we were all in need of a nap. In the south that is the ultimate compliment of cooking, its so good you have to take a nap.

Tomorrow will be a short day and I'll go to the house and relax for a couple day before I start on the remainder of that project; 20 page paper, book full of questions, and my daily logs. Can't wait 'til I'm done with all that.
